Decision on the adoption of the National Programme for the implementation of the strategy for the disposal of radioactive waste, spent sources and spent nuclear fuel (Programme for the period until 2025 with a view to 2060).

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on radiological and nuclear safety, provides adopt and provides for the contents of the National Programme for the implementation of the strategy for the disposal of radioactive waste, spent sources and spent nuclear fuel. This Programme is meant for the period until the year 2025, with a view until the year 2060 (full text is attached). The Programme defines short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives related to the disposal of radioactive waste, spent sources and spent nuclear fuel, and remediation of sites containing natural radioactive materials, including provisions on landfills and possible disposal of such materials and substances into European Union member countries.
