Decision amending the Decision on the establishment of the Commission for the evaluation and determination of strategic project proposals.

This Decision amends certain provisions part of the Decision on the establishment of the Commission for the evaluation and determination of strategic project proposals (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 57/2018). Changes are regarding the contents of point (V) which now states that administrative tasks for the Commission are performed, in accordance with scopes determined by the Law on strategic investment projects of the Republic of Croatia, by the central state administration body responsible for the economy, and in cooperation with central state administration bodies.
