Decision on authorization of vessels for collecting red coral (Corallium rubrum) valid until 31 December 2023.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, authorizes vessels for the collection of red coral (Corallium rubrum) with a term of validity until 31 December 2023, as in accordance with the conditions and criteria prescribed by the Regulation on commercial fishing at sea by diving. The right to collect corals with the use of diving equipment and an ax for cutting corals is exercised by authorized vessels (listed in point II) with the highest permitted catch quantities upon approval, for the period from 1 September until 31 December 2022 and for the year 2023.
