Decision on the concession for the purpose of economic use of maritime property for shellfish farming at the location in Savudrijska vala.

This Decision here grants the concession for the aims of economic use of maritime property for the purpose of shellfish farming at the location denominated Savudrijska Vala (lots numbered as I, II, III and IV). The area of the maritime property that is given in concession for the purpose of economic use for the purpose of shellfish farming is bounded by a polygon with certain coordinate points expressed in the HTRS96 projection (see point II of this Decision). The grantor of the concession provides commercial use of the maritime asset specified in point II of this Decision to the concession holder for a period of 20 years, counting from the date of conclusion of the concession contract from point VIII of this Decision. The permitted annual amount of shellfish cultivation that the Concessionaire is authorized to cultivate is 35 tons per year. The holder of the concession is obliged for any further modification of the works in the space on the maritime property referred to in point II. of this Decision, to request the consent of the Concessionaire, and permits in accordance with the regulations governing spatial planning and construction.
