Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on strategic investment projects of the Republic of Croatia, upon the received proposal from the Commission for the evaluation and determination of strategic project proposals, declares the project entitled "Development of water and communal infrastructure Dubrovnik" as a strategic investment project of the Republic of Croatia. The aim of this public investment project is to enable the development and improvement of standards for the provision of water services in the Dubrovnik agglomeration. The project refers to the construction works (water supply system, wastewater drainage systems, wastewater treatment plant and other) as specified in point (VI).
