Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on strategic investment projects of the Republic of Croatia, upon the received proposal from the Commission for the evaluation and determination of strategic project proposals, declares the project entitled "Drainage and wastewater treatment system of the Krapina agglomeration" as a strategic investment project of the Republic of Croatia. The aim of this project is to enable the development and improvement of standards for the provision of water services in City of Krapina and the municipalities of Đurmanec and Radoboj in Krapina-Zagorje County. The project refers to the construction works (pipelines, pumping stations and municipal wastewater treatment plant and other) as specified in point (VI).
