Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on strategic investment projects of the Republic of Croatia, upon the received proposal from the Commission for the evaluation and determination of strategic project proposals, declares the project entitled "Flood Protection Project of the City of Karlovac" as a strategic investment project of the Republic of Croatia. The aim of this project is to reduce the risk of flooding in the area of the City of Karlovac. The Investor is a legal entity for water management of Croatian Waters (public investment project). The project refers to the construction/waterworks specified in point (VI).
