Decision on the establishment of the National Council for the development of social policies.

This Decision, based on the provisions Law on the Government of the Republic of Croatia, establishes the National Council for the development of social policies, determines the tasks and composition of the Council, and regulates other issues within the scope of the Council. The Council is an advisory and expert body of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. The task of the Council is to provide the Government of the Republic of Croatia with proposals, opinions and expert explanations for the development of social policies, in particular: monitoring the application of international agreements and existing regulations related to the field of social protection systems; monitoring the needs in the field of social protection; proposing programmes of measures and development in the field of social protection; monitoring work in the field of social planning and development orientation in the social protection system; monitoring the standards of social services and other issues in the field of social protection.
