Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on the Government of the Republic of Croatia, regulates the payment of a one-time cash benefit to pension beneficiaries in order to mitigate the consequences caused by the COVID-19 disease epidemic. This text further defines issues regarding the eligibility, administrative deadlines and conditions for obtaining of this one-time cash benefit aimed at mitigating the consequences of COVID-19 epidemic.
