Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on the Government of the Republic of Croatia, regulates the payment of one-time cash benefits to pension beneficiaries earned in the Republic of Croatia in compulsory pension insurance residing in the Republic of Croatia in order to mitigate the consequences caused by the COVID-19 epidemic, in the amounts and under the conditions regulated by this Decision.
