Abstract
This Decision authorizes vessels to carry out commercial eel (Anguilla anguilla) fishing as defined in Regulation on eel fishing (published in Official Gazette of the Republica Croatia 110/2023 and amended in the Gazette 135/2025). Commercial fishing for eel (Anguilla anguilla) using the fishing gear "standing eel trap " can be carried out in part of fishing zone G, with the vessels and at the fishing zone as specified in point II of this text. Commercial fishing for eel (Anguilla anguilla) using the fishing gear "standing longline" will be carried out in the part of fishing subzone F2 in the waters from Šibenik Bridge to Skradin Bridge, with the vessels that are listed in point III.
