Abstract
This Decree amends certain specific provisions part of the Law on forests (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 68/2018 and already amended in Gazettes 115/2018, 98/2019, 32/2020 and 145/2020). In article 23, a new paragraph is added (defining provisions regarding the event of a natural disaster, when the minister may issue an order that prohibits the implementation of certain forest management works specified in forest management plans, in accordance with the principles of sustainable forest management).
