Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on the Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Krško nuclear power plant and the disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel, prescribes the amount, deadlines and manner of payment of funds for financing the decommissioning and disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant.
