Decree on the implementation of the regulatory impact assessment procedure.

This Decree provides the detailed criteria for assessing direct impacts of the draft legislative proposal, the way of determining the addressees, the activities of the Initial RIA, the content of the Initial RIA form, the consultation procedure on Regulatory Impact Assessment and the contents of the Regulatory Impact Assessment statement and the content of the RIA Statement form, and other related issues.
Criteria for assessing the direct impacts of the draft legislative proposal on the economy of the Republic of Croatia in general and on a particular economic area is given in article 3; for criteria for assessing the direct impacts of draft legislative proposals on market competitiveness see article 4; criteria for assessing the direct social impacts of draft legislative proposals is laid down in article 5; criteria for assessing the direct impacts of draft legislative proposals on labour and labour market is given in article 6; criteria for assessing the direct impacts of draft legislative proposal on environmental protection is determined in article 7; and criteria for assessing the direct impacts of draft legislative proposals on human rights protection is given in article 8 of this text (includes gender equality).
