Decree on waste management fees and refundable fees.

This Decree defines the types of products for which a waste management fee has to be paid, the method of calculating the waste management fee, the types of products for which a return fee shall be paid, the method of calculating the amount of payment for the return fee, the amount of the return fee, the deadline for fulfilling the obligation to submit data necessary for the return fee system and payment deadlines, the minimum annual collection rate for fishing gear containing plastic intended for recycling (Annex I. Waste management fee for tires; Annex II. Waste management fee for vehicles; Annex III. Waste management fee for electrical and electronic devices and equipment; Annex IV. Waste management fee for oils; Annex V. Waste management fee for batteries and accumulators; Annex VI. Waste management fee for packaging; Annex VII. Waste management fee for products from List E; Annex VIII. Waste management fee for fishing gear containing plastic).
