Abstract
This Law (in order to implement the effective use of the European standards on the territory of the Croatian Republic) adopts all standards and technical measures deriving from the Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 concerning the placing on the market of plant protection products (21.10.2009).
This Law further contains monitoring and inspection, and offences and penalties related provisions.
