Law amending and supplementing the Law on air protection.

This Law here amends and supplements certain provisions part of the Law on air protection (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 127/2019 and already amended in the Gazette 57/2022). Changes are regarding the contents of article 7 (issues related the effectiveness of air quality protection and improvement that shall be ensured by the Croatian Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Croatia), article 36 (inspection related issues), article 41 (monitoring of the negative effects of air pollution on ecosystems), 47 (specific air pollutants provisions), article 48 (specific limit values-provisions). Also offences and penalty provisions are here revised and amended (articles 97-102).
