Abstract
This Law amends and adds various provisions to the Law on aquaculture (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 130/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 111/2018, 144/2020 and 30/2023). Changes are regarding certain European Union legal references in several contexts (among added Regulation (EU) 2023/2053 establishing a multiannual management plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean); and penalty provisions.
