Law amending and supplementing the Law on the civil protection system.

This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on the civil protection system (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 82/2015, and already amended in Gazette 118/2018 and 31/2020). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (added terms and new definitions); article 12 (Central state administration body responsible for civil protection affairs); self-government related provisions in article 17 (paragraph 5); article 36 (paragraph 3)-Legal entities in the civil protection system; inspection provisions (article 80, paragraph 2, subparagraphs 1 and 9); and offences and penalty provisions (article 86, 87, 88 and 89).
