Abstract
This Law adds and amends several provisions part of the Law on the establishment of infrastructure for alternative fuels (originally published in the Official Gazette 120/2016). Changes are regarding the entire text (all articles), with multiple definition adjustments, introduction of updated European Union related legislation (see article 2), various standards that are here updated or added, among revised list of official tasks and duties of competent national bodies, and offences and penalties (added in article 11 of this text).

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 3 June 2022), except for the provisions of article 11 (b), which was added by article 11 of this Law, which shall enter into force on the day of the introduction of the euro currency.
