Abstract
This Law here adds, amends and deletes several provisions part of the Law on forests (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 68/2018 and already amended in Gazettes 115/2018, 98/2019, 32/2020, 145/2020 and 101/2023).
Changes are regarding numerous contents of articles 5, 8, 12, 28, 29, 30, 33, 36, 39, 45, 47, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 59, 61, 64, 65, 66, 67, 79, 81, 82, 84, 85, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93 (cancelled). Amended provisions are regarding general terms and definition, administrative and data collection provisions, forest works and functions, land lease and concessions, fees and charges and offences and penalties.
