Abstract
This Law amends and adds several provisions to the Law on the Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Krško nuclear power plant and the disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 107/2007).
Changes are regarding transposition of the rules contained in the Council Directive 2011/70/Euratom establishing a Community framework for the responsible and safe management of spent fuel and radioactive waste; amendments of general terms, procedural and administrative issues (articles 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18); offences and penalties (Chapter VII).
