Law amending and supplementing the Water Law.

This Law amends several provisions part of the Croatian Water Law (originally published in the Official Gazette 66/2019 and already amended in the Gazette 84/2021). Changes are regarding the introduction of provisions contained in the Directive (EU) 2020/2184 on the quality of water intended for human consumption; definitions (regarding the category vulnerable and marginalized groups ) and specific terms in article 4; rules related to the access to water intended for human consumption; reporting the results of the risk assessment; risk management measures in the catchment area of water intended for human consumption; data collection and reporting to the European Commission; estimation of water loss levels; and certain offences and penalty provisions.
