Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 71/2019).
Changes are related to the general replacement of the indicated competent national institution in articles 6, 8, 10, 12, 22 and 106 (Croatian Center for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is now replaced by the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food). In article 48 (paragraph 2) the words "Croatian demining action center shall be replaced by the words “the ministry responsible for demining"); in article 89, the paragraph 4 is deleted (obligation of agricultural inspectors in case of non-presence of owner or land possessor during the annotation of possible irregularities).

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on 1 January 2019, except for the provisions of article 7 of this text that shall start applying form 1 April 2019.
