Law amending the Law on agricultural land.

This Law amends some parts of the Law on agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 71/2019, and already amended in the Gazette 115/2018).
Changes are as follows: in article 20 (paragraph 1) the words “competent state administration office in the county or the administrative body of the City of Zagreb competent for agriculture" are replaced by the words: "the competent administrative authority of the county or the City of Zagreb, within the scope of which is entrusted with the entrusted tasks of the state administration relating to agriculture; in articles 23, 25, 26 and 98 the words "state administration offices in the county or the administrative body of the City of Zagreb competent for agriculture" shall be replaced by the words "competent administrative body").
