Abstract
This Law changes various provisions of the Law on fertilizers and soil improvers (Official Gazette 163/03).
The provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 13, 14, 18, 20, 23, 24, 26 and 27 are been changed.
Major changes are related to: monitoring and data collection, processing and handling, import and export requirements and quality standards.
Article 6 is been deleted.
