Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on fertilizers and soil improvers (originally published in the Official Gazette 163/2003 and already amended in Gazettes 40/2007, 81/2013 and 14/2014).
Changes are related to the inspection supervision issues (now to be performed by agricultural inspectors of the State Inspectorate) from the article 15 of the original text; appeal to the State Inspectorate from the article 21; and to the cancellation of articles 16 and 17.
