Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions of the Law on Forest Reproductive Material (Official Gazette 75/2009 and 61/2011).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, administrative requirements and certain technical rules, and offences and penalties.
This Law further implements the Council Directive 1999/105/EC on the marketing of forest reproductive material (on the Croatian territory).

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette", except for the provisions of articles 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 18 that will enter into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatian into the European Union.
