Abstract
This Law adds, changes and cancels certain provisions part of the Law on forests (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 68/2018).
Changes are related to the new names of competent local bodies and authorities; introduction of the term “licensed contractors”; introduction of the reference for the management of private forests and forest land, and mentions of the operational annual plan for the exercise of the right to funds from the compensation for the use of the general forest functions for forests of private forests; and several inspection and inspectors official denominations.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on 1 January 2019, except for articles 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 which shall enter into force 1 April 2019.
