Law amending the Law on forests.

This Law amends certain provisions part of the aw on forests (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 68/2018, and already amended and supplemented in the Gazette 115/2018).
Change are related to several cancelled words in articles 2 (paragraph 3), 7, 8 (paragraph 1), 29 (paragraph 7), 33 (paragraph 3), 47 (paragraphs 4 and 5), 51 (paragraph 4 )and 52 (paragraph 4); in article 39 (paragraph 3), the words "state administration office” are replaced by the sentence as follows: “competent administrative body of the county or the City of Zagreb within the scope of performing entrusted state administration tasks related to forestry”; in paragraph 7 of the same article, the words "state administration offices in the county or the governing body of the City of Zagreb in charge of forestry" are here replaced by the words: "competent governing body".
