Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on forests (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 68/2018, and already amended and supplemented in Gazettes 115/2018, 98/2019 and 32/2020).
Changes are regarding the feed for common forest functions (article 65); enforced collection of fees for the use of public forest functions (article 66); register of taxpayers for general forest functions (article 67); offenses by natural persons who are not forest owners (article 93). The Ministry of Agriculture, within two years from the day this text enters into force, shall conduct a subsequent assessment of the effects of this Law.
