Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on genetically modified organisms (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 70/2005, and already amended in Gazettes 137/2009, 28/2013, 47/2014 and 15/2018).
Changes are related to the added paragraph 3 to the provisions of the article 3 that sets the list of official competent bodies and inspectors; article 64 which is entirely re-edited and expanded (setting rules on inspection supervision); also through the entire original version of the text of the Law on genetically modified organisms, and through its all previous amending versions, the term “Croatian Food Agency" is hereby replaced by the words: "Croatian Agriculture and Food Agency".

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on 1 January 2019, in addition to articles 1 and 2 (in sections related to the State Inspectorate) which shall enter into force on 1 April 2019.
