Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions prescribed by the Law on the implementation of the Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (Official Gazette 53/2008).
Changes are regarding the basic terms and general definitions, some inspection and monitoring provisions, and data collection related standards.
