Abstract
This Law here amends certain provisions part of the Law on the implementation of Regulation (EC) no. 2003/2003 on fertilizers (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 81/2013).
Changes are related to the new implications in article 8 of the original text (agricultural inspectors of the State Inspectorate that are indicated as new state body in charge); and several other inspection and related administrative supervision related issues from the article 10 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 are here re-edited).
