Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on the implementation of Regulation (EC) no. 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 80/2013).
Changes are related to the general replacement of the words “ministry responsible for health” with a new institutional reference “state Inspectorate”; Croatian Center for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs-Institute for Plant Protection" shall be replaced by the words: "Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food"; in article 12, paragraph 2, the words "Commission for Appeal of Inspection Bodies, consisting of three members and appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia" shall be replaced by the words "State Inspectorate".
