Abstract
This Law changes certain provisions part of the rules provided by the Law implementing the Regulation (EU) no. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (Official Gazette 39/2013).
Change are related to the obligations and scopes of the competent bodies and institutions, and other provisions regarding the state inspectorate.
