Law amending the Law implementing the Regulation (EU) no. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products.

This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law implementing the Regulation (EU) no. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 39/2013 and already amended in the Gazette 47/2014).
Changes are here listed: in article 3, in paragraphs 1 and 2, the words "ministry responsible for health” are re-edited under a new writing form; paragraph 4 of the same article is amended to read as follows: “In the process of the implementation of the Regulation (EU) No 528/2012, the Ministry cooperates with the Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Health, the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food and the Croatian Institute of Public Health"; in article 4, point 9 is deleted (former point 10 now becomes point 9); the title above article 5 is amended to read "Inspection and administrative control", and article 5 is completely re-edited. The heading above article 6 and article 6 are also here deleted; in article 20, paragraph 3, the words "competent inspector" are now replaced by the words "sanitary inspector of the State Inspectorate".
