Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on liquefied natural gas terminal (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 57/2018). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 4 (Interest of the Republic of Croatia), 5 (paragraph 2 is here deleted), 7 (paragraph 3 is cancelled), 8 (concession fees), and 11 (real estate expropriation).
