Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on marine fisheries (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 62/2017).
Changes are related to the addition of new European Union relevant documents; terms of the application of the Law (article 6 of the original text); competent bodies (article 8); Institutional support (article 10); management measures for biological facilities of the sea (technical measures from the article 12); fishing fees (article 13); inspection related issues in more articles (articles 61, 62, 63 and 65); several offences and penalty provisions.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for article 8, paragraph 2, that is amended by article 4 of this text and for article 61, item 7, as amended by article 31 of this amending text, which shall enter into force 1 April 2019.
