Abstract
This Law changes various provisions of articles 2, 17, 19, 20, 28, 37, 65, 66, 67, 74, 75, 78, 106, 111, 114, 118 and 120 of the Law on Maritime domain and seaports (Official Gazette 158/03).
This Law also cancels the provisions of the article 110 of the Law on Maritime domain and seaports (Official Gazette 158/03).
Major changes are related to the general definitions, administrative and legal proceedings, competent authorities and their responsibilities and demands, concessions and permits standards, port activities classification, offences and penalties.
