Abstract
This Law amends some provisions stipulated by the Law on maritime domain and seaports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 158/2003, 100/2004, 141/2006, 38/2009 and 123/2011).
Major changes are related to the official denominations and definitions; concession agreements as regards the concessions obtained on the parcels located in what is defines as special reserves; and some terms on local self-government provisions and new procedures to be implemented as regards the data delivery and administrative requirements.
