Abstract
This Law adds and cancels several provisions part of the Croatian Law on nature protection (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 80/2013, and already extensively amended in the Gazette 15/2018).
Changes are related to the cancellation of various articles or their paragraphs, see the text for complete list; the general substitution of the Croatian Environment and Nature Agency as reference institution (new term is Ministry).

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the eighth day after its publication in the Official Gazette except for the provisions of Articles 49, 50 and 51 which shall enter into force on 1 April 2019.
