Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of the articles 2, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 of the Law on the organization of agricultural products market (Official Gazette 149/09).
Major changes are related to the definitions, transport and storage, classification and market standards, sanitary and inspection requirements, internal and international trade rules, authorisations and permits, offences and penalties.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of the articles 7, 12 and 18a which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Law, the provisions of articles 18, 20, 29 and 31 of the Law on Wine (Official Gazette 96/03) will be no longer in use.
