Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of the Law on the organization of agricultural products market (Official Gazette 149/2009 and 22/2011).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, various administrative provisions and requirements, and other technical issues and standards aimed to regulate the agricultural products market on the Croatian territory.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 3 paragraphs 2 and 15 which will enter into force on the day of the Croatian accession to the European Union.

This Law contains certain provisions adopting the standards part of the following document: (CELEX 32007R1234) Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation).
