Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on strategic investment projects of the Republic of Croatia (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 29/2018). Changes are related to procedural matters and requirements (articles 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12). Also the words “Agency for Investment and Competitiveness” are deleted form the entire text.
