Law amending the Law on veterinary medicinal products.

This Law adds and amends several provisions part of the Law on veterinary medicinal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 84/2008, and already amended in Gazettes 56/2013 and 94/2013).
Changes are listed as follows: new updated indication on transposed European Union reference document in Article 2 (Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 laying down Community procedures for the authorization and supervision of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Medicines Agency. Several other changes are made to the article 2 (setting out official denominations and definitions of terms); in article 8, the paragraph 3 is deleted; marketing authorization holder related provisions (added article 23a); added parallel import provisions (article 60a); and some penalty provisions.
