Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on veterinary medicinal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 84/2008, and already amended in Gazettes 56/2013, 94/2013 and 15/2015).
Changes are as follows: in article 1 (paragraph 2, item d) the words “microbial reducing agents for veterinary use" are deleted (anti-microbial resistance related measures); several modifications to the article 2 (official terms and definitions); in article 23a, paragraph 2 is deleted; article 34 is also deleted; several issues on production authorization for veterinary medicinal products; some penalty provisions.
