Abstract
This Law changes various provisions prescribed by the Mining Law (Official Gazette 56/2013).
Changes are all related to the new official denominations and names of the competent national bodies, Ministries and/or similar (replacing the State inspectorate into the new inspection unit with its official name: “Mining inspection of the Ministry responsible for mining”).
