Abstract
This Law establishes the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, as a public institution for the operational implementation of trade measures and structural support in agriculture, fisheries and rural development.
This Law further regulates the activity, organization, rights, obligations and sources and founds of the Agency.
