Abstract
This Law (in order to implement the effective use of the European standards on the territory of the Croatian Republic) adopts all standards and technical measures deriving from the Regulation (EC) no. 1946/2003 on transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms (15.07.2003).
This Law further contains monitoring and offences and penalties related provisions.
